Its flagship mandate is a long-term Master Operation, Maintenance and Project Management Agreement with MENA Terminals LLC FZC, covering the rehabilitation, operation and commercial marketing of the Fujairah Storage Terminal.

Trio Ventures O&M is led by a Board and executive team with a combined track record spanning some of the region's largest energy, gas-processing and digital-transformation programmes, and is built to operate as a reusable platform for delivering O&M and project-management services to further clients across the region over time.

Khaled Salmeen
Khaled Salmeen brings more than 25 years of senior energy-sector leadership to Trio Ventures O&M as Chairman of the Board.
He served as CEO of Downstream at ADNOC, directing one of the world's most integrated energy portfolios across refining, gas processing and liquefaction, petrochemicals, retail, shipping and trading, and has led the public listing of four flagship downstream businesses collectively valued at around US$100 billion.
He also served as Chief Operating Officer of XRG, ADNOC's global investment platform. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Tasnim Ahnaish AlMzaini
Tasnim Ahnaish AlMzaini is the CEO of parent company Trio Ventures General Trading LLC.
She brings 13 years at ADNOC, most recently as Senior Vice President, Gas Business Function, ADNOC Downstream, where she led a 40-person Gas Asset Management organisation overseeing a US$27 billion project portfolio and has served as a Board Director of ADNOC Gas ($65B market cap), Borouge ($20B market cap), ADNOC LNG, ADNOC Gas Processing and ADNOC Industrial Gases.
She is a certified Chemical Engineer with an Executive MBA from Cambridge University's Judge Business School and an LLM from Sorbonne University.

Abdulnasser Al Mughairbi
Abdulnasser Al Mughairbi leads technology and operations for Trio Ventures O&M, bringing over 30 years of energy-sector and digital-transformation leadership.
He is the former Senior Vice President of Digital at ADNOC, where he led the enterprise-wide AI strategy, data governance and Industry 4.0 programme that delivered more than US$1 billion in added value, including the acclaimed Panorama Digital Command Center.
He is President of the UAE Chapter of the International Society of Automation (ISA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Northern Colorado.
